Sen. Judge Lito Lapid First Time to Rise on CJ Corona Trial (Video)

Senator Judge Lito Lapid made his first time to asked questions in the on-going Chief Justice Corona Impeachment Trial held at the Senate Tribunal.

During his delivery of the questions, the presiding officer Senator Juan Ponce Enrile was confused with whom the questions made by Senator Lapid is addressed.

The Senator from Pampanga clarifies that the the question was intended for the prosecution team. He asked the prosecution team which was lead by Representative Reynaldo Umali who answered Senator Lapid’s inquiry.

Senator Judge Lito Lapid asked the prosecution regarding the difference of cash advance and loans. Representative Umali stated that they were investigating the issue of cash advance for the reasons that Chief Justice Corona and wife Christina were not shareholders but doing cash advance.
