De Lima from the Department of Justice has ordered NBI to provide security to the the NBN-ZTE Broadband Deal whistleblower, Rodolfo “Jun” Lozada, and his family in their residence at Pasig City. But 4 suspicious men arranged themselves as members of the National Bureau of Investigation, had presented a warrant of arrest to Lozada at their house.
It’s true that Secretary Leila De Lima of DOJ has sent orders to NBI to give Lozada security including his family, but never to present a warrant of arrest yet. The Association of Major Religious Superiors of the Philippines (AMRSP),and has sent a text message to the secretary of DOJ.
According to the text message, 4 personas posted themselves to be members of NBI agents, have gone to Lozada’s house, revealing themselves as NBI presenting a warrant of arrest.
Lozada has been charged by Sandiganbayan two cases of Anti-Graft and Corrupt Practices Act. The case was filed because of his suspected irregular lease piece of land by his brother, Jose Orlando, when Lozada was still the president of Philippine Forest Corp. (PhilForest).
De Lima denies an order for presenting a warrant arrest of NBI to Lozada in his house, nor also to NBI Director Nonntus Rojas. De Lima invokes that the two men who were in his house were all impostors. De Lima already requested to NBI, to investigate the incident.
Until now, AMRSP is on-side for Lozada
